Terms and Conditions
Confirmation:
Once you initiate a booking with Laatitude India, we will provide a formal service validation. This document outlines your specific travel arrangements and includes your trip invoice. Please review this carefully, as it may also contain supplementary terms specific to your itinerary.
Reservations:
To secure your booking, a 25% deposit is required upfront. Unless otherwise specified in your invoice or confirmation letter, the remaining balance must be settled at least 50 days prior to your tour’s start date.
Travel Documents:
Following the receipt of your final payment, Laatitude India will issue all necessary hotel vouchers and relevant travel documentation required for your journey.
Passport and Visa:
Travelers are solely responsible for maintaining a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond their return date. You are also responsible for securing all necessary visas. Please be aware that visa fees are not covered in our initial tour proposals or price quotes.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
All refunds resulting from a cancellation or change are subject to the following charges based on the timeline of notification:
- Within 30 days of the tour start date: 0% refund or 100% cancellation fee applicable (No Refund).
- 31 to 45 days prior to the tour start date: 30% refund of the total cost.
- 46 to 60 days prior to the tour start date: 60% refund of the total cost.
Note: Certain specialized programs may carry unique cancellation policies, which will be explicitly detailed in your confirmation letter.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of your request and will be issued via the original payment method.
Travel Insurance:
For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance before your departure.
Pricing and Logistics:
- Rate Adjustments: Prices may fluctuate without prior notice due to shifts in currency exchange rates, taxes, fuel costs, or price hikes from our third-party vendors (hotels, transport, etc.).
- Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to modify the sequence of cities, duration of stays, or flight logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Accommodations: If a confirmed hotel becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to provide an equivalent alternative.
- Airlines: Any fare increases imposed by airlines after booking must be covered by the traveler. The airline is not liable for passengers who fail to board.
- Personal Responsibility: Laatitude India is not liable for emergency costs incurred during the trip (e.g., medical equipment, early return flights). Baggage remains the sole responsibility of the traveler at all times.
Limitation of Liability/ Unforeseen Events & Liability/ Agency Role and Limitations/ Disclaimer of Responsibility
Laatitude India acts strictly as an intermediary agent, coordinating services—such as lodging, transport, and dining—provided by independent contractors. We do not own or manage these entities.
Consequently, Laatitude India is not liable for the negligence, omissions, or intentional acts of these third-party providers. We are further held harmless for any injury, loss, death, or property damage resulting from:
- Force majeure (Acts of God), illness, or labor strikes etc.
- Civil unrest, terrorism, or criminal activity etc.
- Equipment failure, overbooking, or transport delays etc.
By participating in the tour, the traveler waives any claims against Laatitude India regarding the aforementioned risks. Any legal disputes arising from our services will be settled under the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
